Had issues with my furnace. Had the furnace removed and It taken in from the time it was dropped off to a few hours later they had a chance to look at it fix it. Called me back give me all the information. didn’t overcharge didn’t try to sell me stuff that I didn’t need had good communication with the service department and They didn’t recommend changing unnecessary parts. They sent me the invoice and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the service and the pricing. The weather in January Is unpredictable it is great to see that good service is still out there. Always great service. Everybody there is friendly and informative. They keep you updated and aware of everything that's going on. Love the fact that they are very responsive by text with any questions one may have. They make the whole process easier when you bring your RV there to get worked on.

We came down slowly from the Cassiar Highway with 2 broken leaf springs on our tandem axle camper. We arrived at Straightline RV at noon, and they had the camper repaired and ready to travel by 5:00 the same day, and at a very fair price. The staff were very helpful and good to deal with.
