Your RV or boat will always receive the best of care from our Master Craftsmen here at Prevost RV & Marine LTD. From roofs and appliances to slide-outs and awnings, we are here to help you with all your service needs. We accommodate warranty work for the products we sell and any type of problem that may arise with your RV in an efficient, precise, and timely manner.

Updated Service Check-In and Pick-Up Process

In order to assist our service customers better, we have updated our check-in and pick-up process.

We are now scheduling time-specific check-in service appointments. This gives our service advisors time to thoroughly address your concerns and physically go through your RV with you.

We will also schedule pick-up times in order to go through your RV after the repairs and ensure everything you requested has been addressed to your satisfaction.

The Check-In Process

  1. CALL (250) 635-6945, or Text (778) 655-4335 to schedule your check-in appointment. There are 8 scheduled check-in times on any given workday. Choose an available day and time with the service advisor.

  • 9:45 am
  • 10:30 am
  • 11:30 am
  • 2:00 pm
  • 2:45 pm
  • 3:30 pm
  • 4:30 pm
  1. Park in the designated drop-off parking area when you arrive for your scheduled drop-off appointment.
  2. Check-in with the Service Advisor. The Service Advisor will take 15-30 minutes to go through your RV and obtain all pertinent information.
  3. Unhook your RV and we will park it.

The Pick-Up Process

  1. The Service Advisor will contact you when your RV repairs or maintenance are complete. Choose a day and one of the available pickup times:
  • 9:00 am
  • 9:45 am
  • 10:30 am
  • 11:30 am
  • 2:00 pm
  • 2:45 pm
  • 3:30 pm
  • 4:30 pm
  1. Check-in with the Service Advisor at your pick-up time to sign, and settle the paperwork.
  2. The service advisor will have your RV parked in a designated pick-up area.
  3. The service advisor will go through your RV and discuss the work that was done.
  4. Hook up your trailer, and enjoy your next holiday!
